We’ve been welcoming surfers from over 30 countries since 2018 to learn, improve, and explore some of the best waves in North Africa, from beginner-friendly Devil’s Rock to world-class Anchor Point.

Your Surf Camp Questions, Answered

Do I need to know how to surf?

No. About 60% of our guests have never been on a board. We start everyone on soft-tops in safe whitewater at Devil's Rock or Banana Beach.

When is the best time to surf in Morocco?

The prime season runs from late September through April, when Atlantic low-pressure systems send consistent groundswells to Morocco's west coast. November to February delivers the most powerful waves, ideal for intermediate and advanced surfers. September–October and March–April are best for beginners, with smaller, cleaner waves.

How much does a surf camp in Morocco cost?

Our all-inclusive packages start at €400/week per person for shared accommodation. This includes 7 nights, 6 surf lessons, all meals, equipment, and airport transfers. Private rooms add €100/week.

How do I get to Tamraght from the airport?

We pick you up directly from Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA) — it's a 25-minute drive. We also collect from Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) for an additional fee (3.5-hour drive).

Is Tamraght safe for solo travelers and women?

Yes. Tamraght is one of the safest surf villages in Morocco — it's a small, tight-knit community where everyone knows each other. About 40% of our guests are solo female travelers.

Do you cater to dietary needs?

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-aware menus are all available. Tell us during booking.
